is It allowed to perform your own nikkah with two witnesses if the male is 19 and the female is 18

Yes its allowed but witness from girl side should be her wali , parent or any person who is taking care of her.
Because in some ahadees its clearly mentioned that Wali ki ijazat kay bagair larki ka nikkah batil hai.
