Assalamualeikum, I’m married to a guy that blames me always on my past he says to me bad words always he just wants the physical connection and the child but I want first a home then work and then a child but he doesn’t understand me . And a I love another guy can I leave my husband and go to that guy that takes care of me and I’m Syeda the boy is not. Can I marry him without the permission of anyone ?

Its not about permission here sister.
its about understanding between you and your husband.
Recite astaghfar as much as you can.
involve parents or some other relatives and sit in group and talk.
That will fix the problem.
