Asalam o alaikum … My name is Abdullah Nadeem and I’m from Islamabad Pakistan. I just wanted to ask you is khula accepted according to shariat like when a husband doesn’t want to give divorce to his wife and she takes it by court without her husband’s will so then the marriage will dissolve?
