Is it permissible in islam to blow any surah of Quran. And drink it for protection /or for any other purpose ?
For example : Al-Waaqia Surah for protection from the pandemic situation ,

Asalamoalikum,
You can blow on your hands and then touch yourself with that.
Khanay peenay ki cheezon par phook nahi marni chayie.
