Hi….i need to understand that r there any circumstances in islam where u can use black magic on a person who is evil or has given u great loss in life…thanku

Asalamoalikum, 
No Basil, you cannot use black magic against anyone. Its not allowed in islam in anycase. 
 
You will lose Eman if you do black magic.
